Hospital bed, Stretcher trolley, Instrument cabinet, Locker, Ward Screen, Dust bin etc
LPG Crematorium
“Garden Of Remembrance.”
With our decade old expertise in the engineering products, we have introduced a new product i.e. LPG Fired Stationary Crematorium.
The design has been done keeping in mind of the Environmental issues, Economical operational cost and the Human Psychology.
The unit looks like a whole body scanner, so as to remove the fear of the public above a crematorium. We recommend proper land scaping with a garden aground the stationery crematorium accommodated in a low cost traditional building to make it a “Garden Of Remembrance.”
We have a technological tie up for design/ modifications of the crematorium with Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company by RINA, Italy and TDC, India.
Eco friendly cremation of dead bodies is effectively carried out in our LPG crematoriums. In this system a dead body is kept in the furnaces with the help of a trolley. High pressure LPG with air is ignited in the furnace for effective burning. The inside temperature will rise up to 1100 degree Celsius and the body is burned in 1± hour to ashes. SS burner on both sides to ensures the uniformity of burning process from different angles. This burner system also ensures fuel efficiency. The excess heat and fumes are taken out through a water bath in order to bring down the temperature to normalization and to settle down the foreign particles. During this process the particulate matter, oxides of Nitrogen, Hydrogen Chloride, Carbon dioxide and Carbon mono oxide produced are brought down within the limits of pollution control norms. At last the fumes are permitted to escape through a high-rise chimney (30m) as per pollution board specification.
The ashes can then be collected from the stainless steel collection pan.
The LPG fired Cremation is cost effective in two ways.
- The unit cost is much less compared with electric crematorium
- The operational cost is comparatively very low when compared to electrical cremation.
Advantages of LPG fired crematorium
- Fuel consumption is the less.
- Free from Pollution, smoke and odor
- Proven technology with sturdy and stable system
- System can be made operational within a week’s time on reaching the site.
- Easy loading and cleaning provisions.
- Minimum maintenance as durable materials are used
- Eco friendly design and operational system
- Philosophical and religious considerations are incorporated in the design.
- No ground water contamination as in burials.
