We manufacture all kinds of steel pressed components for agricultural and automotive industry, with highly trained, skilled personal and state of art technology we have grown into No 1 ancillary manufacture supporting various major and medium industries. In the process of liberalization, there was a boom in the automobile industry sheet metal products came into demand hence certain parts like petrol tank, wheel disk etc were on rise.

When modern techniques were employed in the agricultural sector, one of them being Power tiller the company aimed at tapping the market for parts being used in power tiller like Wheel Rim, Petrol Tank, radiator Cover, Mudguard plate etc. We are the OEM for Kerala Agro Machinery Corporation Ltd. In the automobile sector we are the OEM for Kerala Automobiles Ltd for producing all their major components. We also produce high mast lights, towers, high-rise chimney and streetlights.

We have 250T power press, 100T DD, shear, lathes and all the main equipments are constantly calibrated for producing error free components.

Spiral Wound Gaskets

We Manufacture gaskets in Accordance with ASME B16.20
Spiral wound gaskets have proven themselves to be the most reliable sealing element for use in difficult, critical and arduous duties. Spiral wound gaskets are used in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steam lines and Process Industries, where they have many advantages over older types of gaskets.

Available in a full range of styles and materials, our spiral wound gaskets are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.20 for use in all industry flanges, including ASME/ANSI B16.5, ASME B 16.47, Series A & B. American Seal & Packing assures strict adherence to these specifications as routine inspection procedures are applied throughout the manufacturing process. In addition, we maintain trace ability of all materials used in our gasket construction to provide material certifications as required.
We have a compression-testing machine of 250T and heat simulation tasting facility.

Different types of Gasket

Spiral Winding Only This style of gasket consists of the winding/sealing element only. It has no guide ring (centering ring) or inner ring. It is most commonly used in tongue and groove and male/female flanges.

Spiral Winding with Inner Ring This gasket is similar to the ASP-R, however, it has an inner ring. Its application is similar to the ASP-R.

Spiral Winding with Double Jacketed Rib

Spiral Winding with Outer Ring. The gaskets consist of a metal guide ring and a spiral wound sealing element. This profile is normally used in raised and flat faced flanged. The outer ring is often made of carbon steel

Spiral Winding with Outer Guide and Inner Ring, an inner ring has been inserted to enhance gasket performance. The inner ring is added to prevent the possibility of the gasket imploding into the pipe during installation, to protect the sealing element from extreme temperatures and mediums.

Spiral Winding for Manholes and Hand holes Similar to the ASP-R however made to boiler hand hole and manhole dimensions
